DOER emailed the 2013 RPS & APS Annual Compliance Filing Package (instructions, forms, spreadsheets) on the afternoon of May 30, 2013, to 52 Massachusetts Retail Electricity Suppliers, including the four MA utility companies. Any entity that sold electricity to retail customers in Massachusetts during 2013 (except for the municipally-owned utilities) and has not received that package should contact DOER immediately to request the package, including its cover email – at doer.rps@state.ma.us. The package (but without the cover email) also will be web-posted by June 2nd via DOER’s RPS/APS homepage (www.mass.gov/energy/rps), where other information, documents, and program updates are available.
The 2013 RPS & APS Annual Compliance Filings are due at DOER no later than Tuesday, July 1, 2014.
